On Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013, the best of the best in the Atlanta housing industry came together to celebrate the accomplishments and successes of the past year. At Traton Homes, we are excited to announce that we took home four awards: three Gold and one Silver. Winning these OBIE Awards is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our staff, so we say congratulations to the entire Traton Homes team.
The 33rd Annual OBIE Awards were hosted by the Sales & Marketing Council of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and recognized excellence in more than 100 remodeling, building, marketing and personal achievement categories.
Our three Gold OBIE Award wins included:
• Rockford Township– Single Family Builder – Detached (50+Homes/Year) $350,000 to $424,999
• Leisure Ridge – Single Family Builder – Detached (All Builders) $800,000 to $899,999
• Best Magazine Ad – Full Page and Over
We won a Silver OBIE in the Best Interior Merchandising – Detached Model $550,000 to $749,999 category for our stunning model home at The Estates at Davis Ridge.
In addition to these four OBIE Awards, our “Where will we spring up next?” campaign, created and designed by mRELEVANCE, LLC, won two OBIE Awards including Gold for Best Social Media Campaign and Silver for Best Email Marketing Message. This interactive campaign encouraged Facebook page visitors to guess the location of our next metro Atlanta community, which at the time was Lafayette Square in Sandy Springs. Throughout the campaign, which included lead capture, we increased “Likes” on Facebook and increased traffic to our website and various other social media sites.
2013 has been an outstanding year for not only Traton Homes, but the Atlanta real estate market as a whole, and we cannot wait to see what 2014 has in store.
