Traton Homes is seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a minimum 5 years of experience to complement our team. A degree in construction management is preferred. Candidate must be a detail oriented multi-tasker with excellent problem solving and decision making skills. Responsibilities will include managing all aspects of production for multiple communities according to established specifications and quality standards, meeting completion and quality goals and conducting critical inspections for all major segments of the production cycle while managing associated paperwork and checklists. This position will provide management and leadership to the construction team within the community (Associate Builders, Quality Manager, Quality Technicians), keep the community clean and presentable and ensure safety compliance within the community – OSHA standards.
