Main Responsibilities/Duties:
- Serve as primary administrative resource support person to building team.
- Provide accurate and complete information to assist in building homes.
- Support the administrative needs of VP of Construction and any other department managers.
- Coordinates/ initiates communication related to all new building of Market Homes and Presales “starts” information into an organized, controlled, flowing system.
- Complete all necessary paperwork related to all the permitting process in all county’s and purchase construction permits/marketing/sales signage.

- Maintain Starts Stage Release
- Code and Input Change orders and Customer selections in our Building Management System.
- Process and release purchase orders
- Set up New Vendors/Sub-Contractors Price Files and Folders
- Assist Vendors/Sub-contractors with questions and set-up for Purchase order Web Site.
- Vendor RE-assignments and Purchase Order Changes
- Review Payment Overages due to Material, Labor, Change Orders and Misc.
- Code Overages to Proper Department and Follow UP as needed for estimating and purchasing changes.
- File all JIOs, change orders, customer selections and pricing changes.
- Run reports as needed for Management and Marketing, variance expense, prospects, bank job and job cost.
