In addition to Ed Olwine’s Gold OBIE for Salesperson of the Year, Traton Homes took home six awards at the 32nd Annual OBIE Awards on Saturday, November 3rd. We were recognized for our accomplishments with three Gold and three Silver OBIEs in building and marketing categories.

The Estates of Fernwood Creek won two Gold OBIEs in the Single Family Builder – Detached $425,000 to $499,999 and Best Interior Merchandising – Detached Model categories.  Traton won the first Gold for The Logan home design which showcases popular features including the master-on-the-main with sitting area, gourmet island kitchen, vaulted keeping room and mud room. The second Gold was won for the beautifully furnished model home featuring The Providence home design. Lastly, Traton Homes won Silver in the Best E-Marketing category for their spring inventory communication piece.
