“We knew we needed more space after having our twin boys, Nolan and Landon, in January 2016,” say Adam and Amber Lazzara, who recently purchased their beautiful new home in McClure Farms, one of Traton Homes’ stunning communities in Cobb County. “In addition, we wanted to plan ahead and get established into the best possible school district for our sons. We were looking for the very best home to raise our family.”
The Lazzara’s spent a lot of time searching the internet for a new home that would suit their family. “Then, when we got really serious, we called Beth,” notes Adam, who needed a suitable home office as well.
“Beth” is Beth Campbell, the REALTOR® with Atlanta Communities who had sold the Lazzara’s their first home, a 3,000+ sq. ft. home in Rockford Township, which happens to also be a Traton Homes neighborhood.
Beth, who focuses in particular on new homes and resales in Cherokee and Cobb, gets more than 95% of her clients via personal referrals and past clients. She understands what families are looking for, especially since she and her family moved at least four times because of her husband’s corporate transfers.
“Except for your health and your finances, there is nothing more personal than buying or selling a home. My job is to listen very carefully to each individual client, and to coach them throughout the entire process. In addition, I tell my clients never to settle,” says Beth. “I am here for them. I am here to make it happen.”
She helped Adam and Amber focus on what they were really looking for, and it quickly became apparent that the Lazzara’s were looking for another Traton home.
“As soon as we drove into McClure Farms and stepped into the model home, we fell in love with the location as well as the layout and the wow factor that you get when you walk into the Preston,” says Amber.
“The home’s open floor plan and the media room offer the perfect space for our little guys to run around with our two dogs, Molly and Snoop. The big backyard is another bonus – and to find this 4,000+ sq. ft. home right across from the splendid amenities in McClure Farms was the perfect answer for us.”
It is not often that the same family purchases two new homes from the same builder with the help of the same real estate professional. But, like Adam notes: “We cannot imagine buying a home from another builder. We love the security of knowing that we have a sturdy, safe home to raise our family.” Amber adds: “When we had the inspection on our current home, the inspector said, “This place is perfect – built like a tank!”
McClure Farms is served by top Cobb County schools: Frey Elementary, McClure Middle and Allatoona High School. Traton’s new home neighborhood is located close to great shopping and dining including The Avenue West Cobb, and near area lakes and other outdoor recreation areas like Lake Acworth and Kennesaw Mountain. The Lazzara’s are also close to family, and appreciate the proximity to Marietta Square.
“We loved our first Traton home, and then we fell in love again – with our next Traton home. We’re delighted to be part of the Traton family.”
