Last month, Traton Homes announced the grand opening of our new model home at Great Oaks Estates. This past Tuesday, REALTORS had the opportunity to get a firsthand tour of the Cobb County home during our luncheon at Great Oaks Estates.
During the luncheon, REALTORS enjoyed delicious summer picnic fare from Three Sisters Catering and had the opportunity to win some fantastic door prizes. Winners from the luncheon included:
- Joyce Stewart of Prudential – $200 Nordstrom gift certificate
- Shalini Ruhl of Prudential – $150 Natural Body Day Spa gift certificate
- June Parks of Atlanta Communities – $100 American Express gift card
The beautiful model home, featuring the Glenstone floor plan, provided the perfect backdrop for this summer luncheon. Attendees were welcomed to the luncheon with a beautiful exterior that includes a rocking chair front porch and three-car garage. Once inside, a dramatic dining room instantly caught their attention with charcoal black and platinum gray tones highlighted by silver accessories. Other features and finishes of the home include an open family room and gourmet kitchen that create a warm atmosphere with a blend of contemporary artwork, organic accessories and linen fabrics. The owner’s suite provides a “wow” moment with chocolate brown carpet, white fabrics and a luxurious tiled bathroom. Upstairs, REALTORS viewed a media room that is perfect for teenagers and a relaxing third level retreat.
In addition to spacious Cobb County homes, Great Oaks Estates offers buyers a prime location near lakes Allatoona and Acworth, as well as the area’s fantastic shopping, dining and entertainment.
To visit the community and take a tour of the new model home, take I-75 North to Exit 269 (Barrett Parkway). Turn left onto Barrett Parkway and travel approximately 3.4 miles. Turn right onto Stilesboro Road and go 4.3 miles. Turn right onto Acworth Due West Road, go .8 mile and turn left onto Old Stilesboro Road. Great Oaks Estates will be on your right.
Upon completion, this enclave community will offer just 22 homes priced from the mid-$300,000s and with 10 homes already sold, Great Oaks Estates is expected to be popular among buyers. For more information about Great Oaks Estates, call 678-574-3491 or visit www.TratonHomes.com.
