Are you one of those diners that loves to try new restaurants but aren’t sure which ones will have a menu that you will like? Well, this weekend is your opportunity to experiment, without breaking the bank, and sample more than 40 local restaurants during the annual Taste of Kennesaw. Located just minutes from our Cobb County new home communities, this is a great way for you to try local cuisine and enjoy a day with friends and family.
Taste of Kennesaw will be held in downtown Kennesaw on Saturday, September 7, 2013 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Admission to the event is free with participating restaurants selling food samples in 50 cent increments from $1 to $4. While you walk around, sampling the various restaurants, live entertainment will be provided on the Main Street Stage and Depot Stage. Additionally, children will have their own entertainment with a rock climbing wall, inflatables and slides, a trackless train and more.

When you attend the 2013 Taste of Kennesaw, not only will you experience delicious local food, but you will also be supporting local charities. Proceeds from this popular event will benefit four local charities including Shop with a Mustang (Kennesaw Mountain High School), Shop with a Warrior (North Cobb High School), MUST Ministries and the Jerry Worthan Community Christmas Fund.
