We’re thrilled to announce that Traton Homes was recognized with two incredible accolades at this year’s 41st annual OBIE Awards! Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council on behalf of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, the OBIE Awards are the Atlanta new home industry’s premier award ceremony that honors the highest homebuilding achievements. We were awarded the Sales Team of the Year accolade, as well as a Silver OBIE for Best Building Design. We couldn’t be more excited to add these honors to the nearly 60 OBIE awards that we have received over the years!
Our team won Sales Team of the Year, a prestigious honor recognizing sales agents that go above and beyond for homebuyers! Our onsite agents Dawn Stowers and Tammy Weniger received this award for their work at townhome community Edgemoore at Milford in Marietta. This incredible duo strived to help our homeowners feel confident choosing Traton Homes. They consistently supported our clients by providing stellar customer service and guiding them every step of the way through our purchase and building process. They also embraced a team-oriented approach with our construction team and maintained strong communication with the community’s builders to ensure seamless coordination!
During the COVID-19 pandemic, our agents quickly adapted to sudden changes to meet their goals for the community. After the community opened in February, this fantastic team persevered and utilized their resources to help many of our buyers become happy homeowners within this sought-after community. Ultimately, they surpassed their goals for the community by 121% in 2020!
Homebuyer demand was at an all-time high throughout the past year, but that didn’t stop Tammy and Dawn from working hard to satisfy our homebuyers!
