Before taking the helm as director of finance at Traton Homes in July 2022, Tim Warnement had already carved a successful path in high-impact financial roles. His impressive tenure at Green Brick Partners, where he served as Vice President of Finance, honed his skills in financial oversight and strategic planning. There, he distinguished himself by crafting insightful financial models that translated into actionable insights, consistently driving positive results for the company. Warnement’s prior tenure as CFO at Bold New York and Bold Partners stands out for the significant improvements he implemented in financial reporting and operational efficiency. This experience not only demonstrates his adaptability but also his ability to thrive in dynamic environments. Earlier stints at PulteGroup and John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods solidified his reputation as a skilled financial strategist. There, he consistently delivered results, showcasing his talent for driving growth and increasing shareholder value.
Throughout his career, Warnement has achieved significant milestones, such as leading high-profile financing deals like an IPO at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and underwriting a massive $170 million home builder acquisition in Atlanta.
A long-time Atlanta resident, Warnement received a degree in Accounting and Finance from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. His deep understanding of the Atlanta market, coupled with his extensive background in finance and real estate, makes him uniquely qualified to lead Traton Homes’ financial operations into the future.
