“We are honored to be recognized as the best builder in Cobb County for the third year in a row, and would like to thank everyone who voted for us,” said Kimberly Garwood, Director of Marketing for Traton Homes. “We are proud to call Cobb County home, and appreciate the confidence our local community has placed in us for the past five decades. We are also extremely proud of our sales agent Alicia Sipsy for being recognized as the best real estate agent in all of Cobb County!”
Since 1971, Traton Homes has constructed thousands of homes across metro Atlanta. The Marietta-based builder is known for building quality homes and communities of enduring value, including active adult, townhomes and single-family communities across Canton, Kennesaw, Marietta, Powder Springs and Smyrna. In addition to its Atlanta operations, the award-winning builder recently expanded into the Florida market and is building in several communities across the Florida Panhandle.
New Home Sales Agent Alicia Sipsy has been with Traton Homes since 2017. During that time, she has represented Traton at two of its active adult communities, Courtyards at Camden in Acworth and 1825 Stilesboro in Marietta, as well as at the popular North Square townhome community in Marietta. Today, prospective Traton Homes buyers can find Alicia at East Park Village in Kennesaw. In her 20-year real estate career, Alicia has sold thousands of homes and received several awards for excellence in real estate. In 2021, she ranked fifth in sales volume according to the Cobb Board of Realtors, and in 2022, she took home the organization’s Phoenix award. Alicia was also awarded a 2022 Spirit Award from the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) that same year.
Traton Homes is set to continue its expansion across the metro-Atlanta area and the Florida Panhandle, with several new communities coming this year. The community will be priced from the $400,000s and will also include a fantastic suite of amenities.
A 55+ age-restricted community, Courtyards at Traditions is coming to Cumming this spring, featuring 42 ranch homes from Traton’s active adult collection. Priced from the $500,000s, each home will shine with 10-foot ceilings, gourmet kitchens with large islands, two- or three-car garages, spacious owner’s suites, bonus room options and optional second levels for expanded living space.
