The annual Guildmaster Awards recognize exemplary customer service among home building, remodeling, and contracting professionals. We are excited to announce that we have been awarded a Guildmaster Award for the seventh time.

GuildQuality is a third-party customer satisfaction surveying company based in Atlanta. Since 2005, GuildQuality has presented Guildmaster awards to recognize companies that exhibit a continued commitment to service excellence.

Thousands of survey responses submitted by customers determine award recipients based on the percentage of customers who respond and the number of customers who would recommend a business. Winners must achieve a 90 percent or higher recommendation rate from their customers who were surveyed by GuildQuality.

Having an independent third party conduct customer service surveys on your behalf, “puts homeowners more at ease allowing them to be more candid,” according to GuildQuality’s website. “The result is you receive honest, real feedback about their experience.”
