We’re excited to announce that Traton Homes is expanding into Florida! We’re incredibly proud to introduce Traton’s quality and craftsmanship to the Florida panhandle as we celebrate Traton Homes’ 50th anniversary this year.
Mike Burgess recently joined Traton’s team as our Florida Division President responsible for leading our expansion efforts throughout the “Sunshine State”. Mike brings 30 years of experience, most recently serving as Vice President of D.R. Horton’s Greenville, South Carolina division. During his career, Mike has worked with several home builders located in Virginia, Idaho, South Carolina and Florida.
Our Florida efforts are already underway in Bay and Walton counties. Our first community, Cessna Village, is comprised of 19 coastal homes located in the sought-after Santa Rosa Beach area. Homes will be priced from the high $500,000’s to $700,000’s. Cessna Landing is scheduled to open later this year.
