Atlanta home builder Traton Homes is excited to be a returning sponsor for this year’s Chalktoberfest at Marietta Square. The fun kicks off Saturday, October 8 at 10 a.m. and lasts through the weekend, ending Sunday, October 9 at 5 p.m.
The Chalk and Beer Festival will feature more than 80 artists and 120 craft beers with more than 30,000 attendees. There is something for everyone at this exciting, free event with professional chalk art, live music, an antique car show, kid activities and more.
Local food vendors will be on site for patrons to enjoy while browsing the artists’ real-time creations on the Square. Additionally, the craft beer festival will be held on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Purchase a ticket online or at the event and enjoy samples of the 100-plus craft brews!
Attendees will enjoy live music throughout the event, including performances by the Paul Hand Band and A1A Jimmy Buffett Tribute Band on Saturday evening. Sunday offers a more family-centered focus with an amateur chalk competition and creative kids’ activities. Tickets for the kid activities will be available for $1 each while each craft will cost one or two tickets.
