On July 24, Realtors from all over the metro-area came out to celebrate the grand opening of the beautiful new decorated model home at The Estates of Fernwood Creek. Nearly 80 Realtors attended the luncheon event, getting a first-hand look at the community’s newest Cherokee County home, featuring the award-winning Providence plan.

During the event, guests enjoyed delightful summer fare from Three Sisters Catering as well as gifts for all attendees. Guests also had a chance to register to win amazing prizes including a $100 American Express gift card, $200 Natural Body Day Spa gift card and a $300 Nordstrom gift card.

Upon arriving at the Realtor Luncheon, attendees were shuttled from the community’s outstanding amenity area which includes a Junior Olympic pool, two lighted tennis courts and a pavilion. They were then invited to tour the fully decorated model home which combines reclaimed wood and industrial elements with traditional design for a look that is fresh and warm, soothing yet vibrant. The home’s charming keeping room includes a stacked stone fireplace with vaulted ceiling that is enhanced by beams. Site-finished hardwoods span most of the first floor which features a serene guest suite and full bath, formal dining room and study, as well as a large great room with deep coffered ceiling and a wall of windows that overlooks the backyard.

A bold staircase leads upstairs to a glamorous owner’s suite, spacious media room, two children’s bedrooms and an additional bedroom shown as a craft room just for mom. The gourmet kitchen was a favorite among guests with its stainless steel appliances, large island, tile backsplash, hazelnut maple cabinets and granite countertops.

The community’s exceptional Woodstock location, only one-half mile from Roswell, is near abundant recreation, restaurants, shopping and more. Many agents found the community’s central location appealing due to the variety of accessible commute routes available to their clients.

The model’s spacious, open design and warm finishes were well received, and we are thrilled that so many members of the Realtor community were able to celebrate the grand opening of Traton Homes’ newest model.
