As you’re sitting down with family to give thanks this week, don’t forget that this week is your last opportunity to donate a toy to Cobb Christmas for 2013. Traton Homes will be collecting donations at our fully-decorated model homes and corporate office until Sunday, Dec. 1.
A supporter of Cobb Christmas since 2004, Traton Homes is excited to offer several drop-off locations to residents looking to help this holiday season. Model homes that are serving as drop-off locations include:
- Great Oaks Estates – 2350 Fulton Circle (off of Old Stilesboro Road) in Acworth
- Lochshire – 103 Dunlavin Drive (off of Hamby Road) in Acworth
- Rosewood Park – 9098 Dallas Acworth Highway in Dallas
- The Estates at Davis Ridge – 3445 Davis Road in Marietta
- The Estates of Fernwood Creek – 110 Rocky Creek Trail (off of Cox Road) in Woodstock
- Village Walk – Fleming Street (off of Atlanta Road) in Smyrna
In addition to the model homes, we are accepting donations at our corporate office which is located at 720 Kennesaw Avenue in Marietta.
All toys collected will be donated to Cobb Christmas, a non-profit, non-denominational organization that donates pre-stuffed stockings, gifts and food to low-income and working-poor families of Cobb County. This year, Cobb Christmas will distribute donations Friday, Dec. 13 through Sunday, Dec. 16 at Jim Miller Park.
