Thrasher has an extensive background in land acquisition, entitlement, investor relations and development and a deep understanding of the local real estate market. In his new role, he will identify, acquire and develop land for future residential communities.

Todd Thrasher brings a wealth of experience to our team! Before joining the company, he served as Managing Partner at Brooks Chadwick Capital, where he led a team focused on real estate opportunities in Georgia and the Southeast. His career also includes experience in sports marketing. Additionally, Thrasher was impressively named one of Cobb County’s “Top 20 Rising Stars Under 40” and served on numerous committees for the Cobb County Board of Commissioners.
