The popular Festival of Trees makes its return this year to Glover Park in Downtown Marietta! On December 2 experience the holiday spirit with your family and create memories that will last forever! Stroll through a magical forest of trees that are decorated by local Marietta City Schools students. There will also be the annual Christmas Tree Lighting celebration that same night with performances from local school choirs and the magical arrival of Santa!

The Kennesaw Holiday Market is making its debut this year in Downtown Kennesaw! The inaugural event is happening Saturday, December 4 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. This event features booths of handmade, locally produced gifts for the holidays from local vendors and artists. This is a great event to attend with the whole family and a wonderful occasion to browse locally made gifts for anyone on your gift list!
Join the Southern Museum for All Aboard for Holiday Fun, a full day of holiday fun that you and the kids will absolutely enjoy! This December 11th event features two screenings of the Polar Express, at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., and a reading of the classic holiday tale at 1 p.m. Santa and Mrs. Claus are also expected to make an appearance, so expect plenty of holiday cheer throughout this day of festivities!

Acworth City Hall is thrilled to host Christmas in Acworth two Saturdays in a row this year! On Saturday, December 4 and 11, bring the kids and grandkids downtown to visit with Santa and to get their photo taken with jolly old Saint Nick from 1 to 5 p.m. Be sure to bring your own camera to capture the Christmas joy as there will not be a photographer available.
Another fun holiday event in Acworth is the Acworth Christmas Golf Cart Parade! On Saturday, December 18 from 2 to 2:30 p.m. families can line the streets and watch a fun-filled parade of golf carts to get in the holiday spirit! The parade begins at Cauble Park and expects to zoom through neighborhoods in the area spreading holiday cheer.
