At Traton Homes, the safety of our customers, employees and trade partners is always a top priority. During this unprecedented time, we want to assure you that we are taking extra precautions to help ensure your safety when visiting a Traton Homes community.
Here are a few steps we are taking to help keep you safe:
- We are frequently cleaning and sanitizing our sales offices and model homes paying extra attention to high touch point areas.
- We ask that anyone showing symptoms of COVID-19, diagnosed with COVID-19, or exposed to anyone with COVID-19 refrain from visiting our offices in person for a minimum of 14 days after being cleared as consistent with CDC guidelines.
- In addition to offering in-person appointments at our sales offices, we are happy to offer a virtual experience for our customers. Please contact a New Homes Specialist at the community of your choice to schedule your virtual ZOOM or Facetime appointment.
- We also understand that taking care of our employees’ health is of utmost importance. We have implemented internal protocols, stocked our sales offices with cleaning supplies, and are requiring that our employees wear masks at our customers’ request. Employees must stay home if they are exhibiting any symptoms of illness, or if they have been in contact with anyone recently diagnosed/exposed to COVID-19.
