Traton Homes Offers “New Market” Pricing at new Community Rosemont

ATLANTA – (September 26, 2008) - Traton Homes is pleased to announce that presales will begin on October 4th at their newest Cobb County community, Rosemont. Located at the corner of West Sandtown Road and Dallas Highway, Rosemont will feature 28 single-family homes. Traton Homes acquired the land from a bank foreclosure for a fraction of its original price. Homes at Rosemont were originally slated to be priced from the $500,000s. Traton Homes will build homes starting in the low to mid $200,000s.

Rosemont is the latest acquisition for Traton Homes and consistent with the company’s strategy to offer its customers “Altogether More Value” in today’s new market.
