On June 28, the North Fulton Community Improvement District, the City of Alpharetta and local residents celebrated the official opening of the Encore Parkway Bridge.
Traton Homes was honored to participate in the special event by partnering with Brand Mortgage to provide breakfast to attendees.
“We are thankful for community partners like Traton Homes who support projects such as the Encore Parkway Bridge and Corridor improvement,” said Brandon Beach, president of the North Fulton Community Improvement District. “One of our goals for this project was to inspire connectivity between the residential and commercial areas of the district, as well as be a catalyst for development in the region.”
Traton Homes’ Kimberly Garwood, Director of Marketing, noted: “We are delighted that the Encore Parkway Bridge is now open, as it will be a great asset for our homeowners in Encore Walk, our new townhome community located at the junction of Encore Parkway and Westside Parkway near GA 400 in the Encore District.”
Encore Walk is an intimate community of 38 beautifully designed townhomes featuring two-story floorplans with basements, or three-story floorplans with finished terrace levels.
Each new townhome comes with a two-car, rear-entry garage, huge covered decks, and Traton Homes high-quality finishes and superb craftsmanship. Inside, the spacious homes feature gourmet island kitchens, luxurious baths and a welcoming open floorplan.
For many buyers, Encore Walk’s prime location is key: near the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater at Encore Park, Top Golf, Wills Park and Alpharetta’s Big Creek Greenway, and close to the area’s finest shopping and restaurants in North Point Mall and Avalon.
Privately-owned Traton Homes has just celebrated its 46th anniversary of building beautiful new homes and communities throughout greater Atlanta and beyond, and continues to provide sophisticated buyers with gorgeous homes in some of North Atlanta’s finest locations, including these three additional brand-new Traton communities that will be open for sale later this summer:
North Square – 90 townhomes in a great central location – near the Kennestone Hospital district in Marietta, close to Marietta Square as well as Kennesaw Mountain Park;
The Registry At Marietta Square – beautiful 3-story townhomes on Cherokee Street near the historic center of Marietta;
Woodland Parc – a total of 48 two- and three-story townhomes in Smyrna, within walking distance from the Battery at Suntrust Park.
